It’s autumn, time to slow down 🍂🍂

But most of us keep up the same dance each and every day: kids to day care, work, home, cook, clean, laundry, sleep & repeat.

Soon 2 years ago I decided that this needed to change 🔥

So the best investment I have made to take care of myself wasn’t gym, botox, therapy, nervous system course or anything that would have helped me to *deal better with my life*.

Honest truth: if you feel trapped in your 9-5 life, it’s a prison you have created. The first step is always to realise that you are the creator of your reality.

The second is to know that you have the power to change absolutely every aspect of your life. 🦋

I don’t say this to blame anyone. So many times I have found myself in situations that kept me comfortable because I did not have the energy or willpower to make those choices that would have lead me to my soul’s path earlier.

Wherever you are is Perfect in some way. 💝

But know that ONE DECISION can change your whole life.

One year ago I left 9-5 life behind forever. Just because I had said yes to a business opportunity 1,5 years earlier 🪄 without knowing how it all would work out. I just knew I was not ment to stay in the rat race for the next 30-40 years. I am ment to be free and all I want is to be there for my Family ❤️

I took a day off in the middle of the week because my boy had a little flue and mama really needed some rest.

As an Entrepreneur this felt like an empowered Choice 🔥

But as a person working someone else I know how it feels:

Feeling guilty. Needing to ask for a permission. Needing to slip in a white lie.

But…
Feeling guilty of choosing your children?
Feeling guilty of taking care of yourself?

Doesn’t sound right.

That’s how deeply we are conditioned to believe that work is so important. More important than health or family.

When you wake up to see this, you can’t unsee it.
