Sometimes you don't really know what Reiki is going to feel like until you experience it for yourself 🤍

And I think that's one of the beautiful things about it. You don't need to have all the answers or understand exactly how it works. You can simply lie down, slow down and see what you notice.

This lovely client review describes her experience of reconnecting with her body and releasing stress.
Thank you for sharing your experience ✨

You don't actually have to understand Reiki for it to work for you.

And I think that's one of the things people sometimes get stuck on.

You might wonder how it works, what you're supposed to feel, or whether you have to believe in energy for it to make sense.

The truth is, you don't need to have all the answers before you try it.

You can simply lie down, relax and see how you feel.
Maybe you notice your mind becomes quieter. Maybe you feel deeply relaxed. Maybe you notice something completely different.

And that's the thing about Reiki. You don't have to understand it first. You can just experience it 🤍

Have you ever had a Reiki session and thought, “I didn't really feel anything”?

It's something I hear quite often, and I think it's important to know that feeling a strong sensation isn't a measure of whether Reiki is working.

Some sessions can feel very noticeable. You might feel warmth, tingling, movement or a deep sense of relaxation.

Other times, you might not feel much at all.

And your own experience can change from one session to the next. We arrive differently each time, with different things going on in our lives, our bodies and our minds.

For me, Reiki isn't about chasing a particular sensation. It's about creating space to receive and allowing the healing process to unfold in its own way.

So don't worry if you don't feel anything. You don't need to make something happen. Just be open to receiving. ✨

What actually happens during a Reiki session? ✨

If you've never experienced Reiki before, you might wonder what happens — or even what you're supposed to feel.

The truth is, every person and every session is different.

Some people feel warmth, tingling or emotion. Others notice images, memories or a sense of something shifting.

And some people don't feel much at all during the session. That doesn't mean Reiki isn't working. Sometimes the experience is subtle, and you may notice changes later.

For me, Reiki isn't about following a set structure. I work intuitively, allowing each session to unfold in its own way and meeting you where you are on your journey. And more importantly, Reiki goes where it needs to go without any input from me.

If you've been curious about Reiki but weren't quite sure what to expect, I hope this gives you a little insight 🌿

After taking July off from treatments while I had some other work commitments, I’m so happy to be back in my little treatment room and holding space again. ✨

Setting everything up this morning for my first client back — bowls ready, candles lit and the room feeling just right.

It honestly feels so good to be back doing what I love. 🤍

I have a couple of spaces still available this week if you’ve been feeling like you need a little time for yourself, to slow down, reset and simply breathe.

Message me if you’d like to book a session. 🌿

I’d love to welcome you back.

I've been using these 7 Chakra Aura Sprays in my Reiki sessions for a while now, and I've really come to love having them as part of the session 💫

I love choosing a different one depending on the person, the session and sometimes just what feels right in the moment.

So I decided it was time to make them available for you to use at home too 💕

Each spray has its own essential oil blend and is connected to one of the seven chakras.

You can use them before meditation, yoga, journaling, your own Reiki practice, or simply when you want to create a different feeling in your space.

💗 Root
🧡 Sacral
💛 Solar Plexus
💚 Heart
💙 Throat
💜 Third Eye
🤍 Crown

I've also made matching chakra oil rollers, and you can choose them individually or as a set.
They're now available in my Etsy shop ✨

Which chakra are you feeling drawn to at the moment?

Gratitude 🤍

I don't think I'll ever stop being grateful for moments like this.
Three orders to post, sunshine, the sea, and a walk to the post office through the beautiful streets of Sitges.

It's so easy to get caught up in what's next, but today I'm choosing to pause and appreciate how far this little dream has come.

Thank you for being part of the journey. It truly means more than you'll ever know. ✨

✨ A little dream has quietly been growing behind the scenes... ✨

While many of you have seen my Reiki journey over the years, you might not have realised what I've been quietly creating behind the scenes.
For weeks I've been researching essential oils, carefully developing new blends, testing recipes, designing labels, photographing products, writing listings, and building my Etsy shop from scratch.

Every single spray and ritual oil has been created with intention. They're inspired by the same sense of peace, grounding and connection that I love sharing through Reiki.

This is more than a shop to me. It's an extension of everything I believe in—creating little rituals that help us slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with ourselves.

If you've supported my Reiki business over the years, thank you. And if you'd like to support this new chapter, I'd be so grateful if you could visit my Etsy shop, favourite it, share this post, or simply tell someone who loves natural wellbeing.
Every order, every favourite and every share helps a small business grow, and I honestly appreciate every bit of support.

✨ Handmade with love in Sitges, Spain.

Thank you for being here. This is only the beginning, and I can't wait to share all the new blends and collections I've been working on. 🤍

Feeling drained for no reason?
Emotional, overwhelmed, or just… off?

Low energy.
Restless sleep.
A mind that won’t switch off.

These are signs your body is out of balance 🤍
We’re not meant to live in constant stress or emotional overload, but it becomes our normal.

That’s where Reiki comes in ✨

Reiki helps calm your nervous system,
release stuck energy, and bring you back into balance.

A space where your body can finally exhale…
You don’t need to push through it.
You can reset.
