Sometimes you don't really know what Reiki is going to feel like until you experience it for yourself 🤍

And I think that's one of the beautiful things about it. You don't need to have all the answers or understand exactly how it works. You can simply lie down, slow down and see what you notice.

You don't actually have to understand Reiki for it to work for you.

And I think that's one of the things people sometimes get stuck on.

You might wonder how it works, what you're supposed to feel, or whether you have to believe in energy for it to make sense.

The truth is, you don't need to have all the answers before you try it.

You can simply lie down, relax and see how you feel.
Maybe you notice your mind becomes quieter. Maybe you feel deeply relaxed. Maybe you notice something completely different.

And that's the thing about Reiki. You don't have to understand it first. You can just experience it 🤍

Have you ever had a Reiki session and thought, “I didn't really feel anything”?

It's something I hear quite often, and I think it's important to know that feeling a strong sensation isn't a measure of whether Reiki is working.

Some sessions can feel very noticeable. You might feel warmth, tingling, movement or a deep sense of relaxation.

Other times, you might not feel much at all.

And your own experience can change from one session to the next. We arrive differently each time, with different things going on in our lives, our bodies and our minds.

For me, Reiki isn't about chasing a particular sensation. It's about creating space to receive and allowing the healing process to unfold in its own way.

So don't worry if you don't feel anything. You don't need to make something happen. Just be open to receiving. ✨

What actually happens during a Reiki session? ✨

If you've never experienced Reiki before, you might wonder what happens — or even what you're supposed to feel.

The truth is, every person and every session is different.

Some people feel warmth, tingling or emotion. Others notice images, memories or a sense of something shifting.

And some people don't feel much at all during the session. That doesn't mean Reiki isn't working. Sometimes the experience is subtle, and you may notice changes later.

For me, Reiki isn't about following a set structure. I work intuitively, allowing each session to unfold in its own way and meeting you where you are on your journey. And more importantly, Reiki goes where it needs to go without any input from me.

If you've been curious about Reiki but weren't quite sure what to expect, I hope this gives you a little insight 🌿

I've been using these 7 Chakra Aura Sprays in my Reiki sessions for a while now, and I've really come to love having them as part of the session 💫

I love choosing a different one depending on the person, the session and sometimes just what feels right in the moment.

I don't think I'll ever stop being grateful for moments like this.

✨ A little dream has quietly been growing behind the scenes... ✨

While many of you have seen my Reiki journey over the years, you might not have realised what I've been quietly creating behind the scenes.
For weeks I've been researching essential oils, carefully developing new blends, testing recipes, designing labels, photographing products, writing listings, and building my Etsy shop from scratch.

Every single spray and ritual oil has been created with intention. They're inspired by the same sense of peace, grounding and connection that I love sharing through Reiki.

This is more than a shop to me. It's an extension of everything I believe in—creating little rituals that help us slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with ourselves.
