🎾 Padel won't get you stronger but it will...
Get you fitter
Padel is great.
It’s social.
It gets your heart rate up.
You move, react, and compete.
But if your goal is to:
• get stronger
• prevent injuries
• improve power and performance
Padel alone won’t do that.
Because strength doesn’t come from playing more.
It comes from training it directly.
Without strength work:
👉 your muscles fatigue quicker
👉 your joints take more stress
👉 your risk of injury goes up
That’s why so many people feel:
“Tight shoulders”
“Sore knees”
“Lower back niggles”
It’s not the sport.
It’s what’s missing around it.
We aren't saying stop playing.
But you should support it with just 2 structured strength sessions a week to:
✔ Improve power on the court
✔ Reduce injury risk
✔ Help you move better and recover faster
👉 If you want to keep playing long-term and enjoy it, strength training isn’t optional… it’s essential.
