Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is unplug for a while… because almost everything starts working again when you do, including yourself.

Here Tina is taking a moment to reconnect with nature — grounding into the earth, soaking up the sea air and sunshine, slowing the nervous system down and creating space to breathe again. A little reset. A little recalibration.

Because when you take care of yourself first, you have so much more to give to the people around you. 💧

✨ Spiritual Healing in Cassadaga, Florida ✨

We visited the tiny spiritualist community of Cassadaga — known for its certified mediums and healers — and decided to experience a healing session for ourselves.

It was… interesting.

Warmth. Subtle energy. A feeling a bit like Reiki. The healers explained they simply act as a channel and allow the guiding spirit to do the work. Whether you see it as spiritual, energetic, psychological, or something else entirely — we definitely felt something.

And here’s the funny part…
Four of us went. Three received the healing.
Those three slept like babies. 😴
The one who didn’t?
Wide awake all night.

Coincidence? Maybe.
Interesting? Absolutely.

At Life Longevity, this isn’t what we practice — but we are always open to exploring approaches that aim to bring healing, connection, and wellbeing. Curiosity is part of the journey.
