☀️ A personal story from Manuel, father of Any Pascual...

"I discovered this completely by accident.

The gel came into our home because of Annie, not because of me.

But every summer, somehow, I end up using it.

I live in northern Spain, so we are not exactly famous for too much sunshine 😄

Still, every year I manage to get burned at least once. Usually when I think:

"I'll only stay outside for another 20 minutes."

And then 2 hours later...

You know the story.

Over the years I have bought plenty of aftersun products.

Some worked.
Some didn't.
Some got forgotten in a drawer.

But for whatever reason, whenever I get sunburn now, I reach for the ABR Fascia Gel.

I am not even sure when that habit started.

I just know that after a few summers of doing the same thing over and over, it became automatic.

The funny part is that every time I use it, Annie ends up with one tube less.

Fortunately she is usually willing to share. 😄"

Why might ABR Fascia Gel help?

ABR Fascia Gel was originally developed to support fascia and connective tissues.

One of its key characteristics is the presence of bioactive proteins that help improve the thixotropic properties of connective tissues.

In simple terms, healthy tissues depend on proper movement of fluids within the extracellular matrix.

When tissues become irritated, compressed, restricted, or "stuck," that fluid movement can be compromised.

The gel was designed to support a healthier tissue environment and improve the mobility of the extracellular matrix.

While it was never developed as an aftersun product, many families have found their own unexpected uses for it over the years.

☀️ As a small summer thank-you to our ABR families, we are offering 10% OFF all ABR Fascia Gel orders until July 31st.

One of the biggest frustrations recently for many ABR families has been this:

new massage guns are increasingly switching to screw-in attachments instead of the classic push-fit system.

And that means many of our ABR heads — including Superheads, Doubleheads and 4-pin heads — no longer fit properly on many of the newer models.

We were especially disappointed about this with the Bob and Brad A7, because we genuinely like this gun.

Its oscillation behavior and self-acceleration effect create a very interesting deeper but still well distributed impact during the ABR applications.

But now, some very good news.

One of our long-time ABR young adults and his team found a surprisingly simple workaround that allows the new Bob and Brad A7 to work again with our standard ABR heads.

And they kindly prepared this short tutorial video for the whole ABR community.

The solution is actually very simple:
• Remove the internal screw-in piece
• Wrap the ABR head with electrical tape
• Adjust until the fit is correct

That’s it.

A big thank you to Naran and his team for sharing this practical solution with all of us.

During the recent Denmark visit, one mother told us:

“My daughter hates the smell of the Gel…”

And honestly… our ABR coordinator Manuel immediately understood what she meant 😊

As many of you know, his daughter also has CP. After years of transfers, carrying, positioning and helping during long days and difficult nights, his shoulders and neck would often end up destroyed.

So at home he started doing something simple.

Taking a little bit of the ABR Fascia Gel into a separate glass jar and mixing it with some oils they already used at home — lavender, bergamot, patchouli, tea tree, gaultheria…

Not to replace the Gel.

Just to make it feel a bit nicer.
A bit warmer.
More “theirs”.

And funny enough… it changed a lot.

Even his daughter started enjoying it more.

Sometimes when she has a cold, they still use it on her feet before bed because she loves the smell and immediately recognizes the routine 😊

Maybe this is something many caregiver families understand very well:

Sometimes consistency is not only about therapy.

Sometimes it is about creating routines that everybody can live with for many years.

Small changes can make a very big difference over time ❤️

A few days ago we shared how Isa started opening her hand after years completely closed.

Today her mother, Viviane, wrote to us again:

“I am obsessed with this hand 😂

I am using the gel and the microstation non stop.

For the first time Isa lets me put the foam half egg in her palm.

She would scream if I tried to open her thumb.”

I think many families will immediately understand what that means.

This is not only about movement.
👉 Less defense.
👉 Less resistance.
👉 More tolerance to touch.

Little by little… the body starts fighting less.

And that changes many things.

She also wrote this:
“Listening to Leonid’s evaluation renewed my hopes again.”

Team Alonso | “For the first time, he grabbed my arm with an open hand” ❤️

One of the first things we did during our ABR course in Toledo this February was to show Team Alonso the new micro stations for wrist and hand work.

For Alonso’s family, his hands have always been one of the biggest concerns. A lot of tension, a lot of rigidity… and not many easy ways to work these difficult areas at home.

This week, Covadonga sent us a message that honestly moved us a lot:

“It was incredible. His hands opened and relaxed in a way they never had before. A few weeks ago, for the first time ever, we were taking a selfie and suddenly I felt him grabbing my arm with an open hand. For the first time in his life.”

Sometimes these moments may look small from the outside.

But families understand they are not small at all.

An open hand.
Less tension.
More comfort.
More freedom.
More connection.

After years of consistent work at home, seeing moments like this means a lot.

And the new micro stations and hyperspeed work are helping families approach these difficult hand and wrist areas in a much easier and more accessible way.

Thank you, Team Alonso, for sharing something so special with all of us ❤️

This hand hadn’t opened in years.

Always in a fist.
Thumb completely tucked inside.

Trying to open it… impossible.
Massage it… even worse.
Pain, resistance, screaming.

Even cutting her nails was a struggle.

After almost 4 years away from ABR, they decided to come back.

Nothing complicated.

We just started with something simple:
microball stations from day one
(even before the full case review)

And this is what happened.

Day 1.
Her mother, Viviane, wrote:

“For the first time she is opening this hand…
moving her fingers…
her thumb is more relaxed.”

No exercises.
No forcing.

Just the body easing off a bit…
and movement starting to show up.

If this sounds familiar…
if your child’s hand is always closed
and touching it leads to resistance…

it’s not random.

🇪🇸 Toledo | When ABR comes together, everything moves forward.

There are moments that explain what ABR really is better than any definition ever could.

These days in Toledo were not just about sessions. They were about time spent learning together, refining ideas, asking new questions, and aligning once again around the future of the work we share with families.

Leonid, Mauricio and Manuel — ABR — together again in Spain.

Mauricio spent these days working closely with Leonid, diving deeper into the newest tools and evolving approaches that are now becoming part of the way we support families. Because for us, there is no real separation between in-person work and online guidance — it is one continuous process.

What happens in the room becomes clarity for families at home.

And maybe the most meaningful part of all was what doesn’t always appear in photos: long conversations, real connections, and the quiet understanding that this journey continues to grow year after year.

Toledo reminded us of something essential — ABR is not only technique.
It is relationship, continuity and trust.

We move forward. Together.

🇪🇸 Team Lili | Returning after almost two years… and discovering changes that never stopped growing ❤️💛❤️

After a challenging period filled with infections, complex medical decisions and a long pause in travel, Team Lili returned to Toledo. And what we saw was not regression… but a quiet evolution that is now becoming visible.

Lili started ABR in 2021 with a rare genetic condition often described as “irreversible.” This visit confirmed something essential: consistent work never disappears, even when the journey includes pauses.

💬 Leonid Blyum:
“When deeper tissue layers begin to organize, the body may look unusual. It’s not loss — it’s structure waking up.”

During the evaluation we observed important structural changes:
– Stronger neck-to-clavicle connection, giving the head real support.
– Breathing and abdominal organization showing new articulation.
– Dramatically improved tissue quality, with less superficial redness and clearer internal differentiation.
– Hands, legs and pelvis entering a phase where structure consolidates first… and freedom follows.

One emotional detail stood out: Leonid noted that Lili no longer makes the continuous sounds seen in her early ABR years, and she can now stay comfortable without constant repositioning — a powerful sign of deeper organization.

Some positions may look different now. But this is not regression — it’s tendons and structure appearing where everything used to be too soft to guide the body.

Through fatigue and difficult years, Lourdes and José continue forward with remarkable dedication. Thank you for trusting the process and building layer by layer.

🇪🇸 Team Manu — Protecting What Already Works

Not every family comes to an evaluation looking to change everything.
Sometimes they arrive with a quieter question: what if we first understand what is already working before making bigger decisions?

Manu, 16 years old, travelled with his family to Toledo for one of the free pre-assessments we offered in Spain this February. They came with real questions, important medical proposals on the table, and many years of therapy and thoughtful decisions behind them.

His case doesn’t fit into the typical picture. With a rare genetic condition and a very particular body structure, Manu continues to walk and explore the world in his own way. And that is exactly where the evaluation began.

During the session, Leonid Blyum didn’t focus first on what was missing.
He looked at what was already present.

Unexpected strengths appeared quickly: active foot connections, a natural spreading capacity that supports his movement, strong lateral lines helping him stay functional, and a patella working better than expected.

So the question changed:

How do we protect what already works — and make it easier for him?

ABR didn’t start from the idea of correcting everything at once.
The plan was simple: begin with a small set of exercises focused on feet and legs, observe Manu’s response, and move forward step by step.

That same afternoon, the family completed their first training session with Mauricio, following Leonid’s prescription. No pressure, no big promises — just a clear direction: start gently and build from existing strengths.

Now Team Manu begins their work at home, one step at a time.

Sometimes the biggest change begins by protecting what is already working.

🇪🇸 Team Alonso | Coming back and seeing the body respond

“Look at those fingers… how is that even possible?”
That was the first thing Covadonga said during the session. ❤️💛❤️

After several years without coming, Alonso was back this week working with Leonid in Spain.

With his recent growth, lack of weight gain, and digestive challenges, we honestly expected more locking… but the opposite happened.

As soon as we started working with the hyperspeed microphone and the hand stations, something beautiful happened:

The hands reacted.
They opened.
They “woke up”.

The change was visible within seconds.

After years of consistent work at home, seeing such an immediate response is one of those moments that reminds you why all the effort is worth it.

During the evaluation Leonid emphasized something very important:
“For the body, respiration is always the top priority. When the system needs to adapt to breathe better, the digestive system often pays the mechanical price.”

Suddenly, everything makes sense.

It’s not only reflux.
It’s not only the esophagus.
It’s about how the body organizes its priorities to survive.

He also said something unusual:
“I’m actually happier after examining him than after seeing him sitting.”
Structurally, the body is responding better than it appears at first glance.

This is not a sudden miracle.
It’s the result of years of consistency: nightly wrapping, weekly work, fascia gel on hands and feet, and staying consistent even during difficult periods.

This visit also had a very human moment.
After a recent whiplash injury, we showed Covadonga some gentle neck stations to complement the work she is already doing with her physiotherapist. When the caregiver regains structure and energy, the whole system breathes better.

Congratulations, Team Alonso. It’s truly wonderful to see you again. ❤️💛❤️
