Plant based diet caused me SO many problems. The lectins in solanaceas like tomatoes, potatoes, and peppers and in may seeds like lentils as well as the tiny sharp particles called oxalates in nuts and vegetables (esp spinach) caused me to pass blood. I thought I was doing the right thing, but an exclusively plant-based diet simply wasn't for MY body.
Many people are struggling with joint issues, eye problems, and brain fog not realising that their diet could be the issue. Trying to treat such symptoms whilst the diet or other toxins are continuing to create harm is almost impossible.
