📢 Big news, big changes 🌻

I've been quiet on here for a while because I've been very busy with personal stuff. So busy I've realised I haven't shared some huge news here yet...

This summer, after 10 years in beautiful Madrid, my family and I will be relocating back to the UK. It's a decision that brings a rollercoaster of emotions - excitement, doubts, fears. But it certainly feels like the right decision for us now.

I'll be offering appointments until the end of June, so get in touch to book yours 💜

I love noticing your body slowly relax during a massage. It tells me we're doing the right thing and you feel safe and cared for

Hearing a client gently whisper this to herself as she walked into my treatment room last week made me feel all warm inside.

This has always been at heart of what I want to create - a space and time for you to feel safe, so your mind is at ease and your body understands that.

These are the words of a client who was gifted a massage at Girasol Masoterapia by his partner.
Some people just aren't into massage, but sometimes it's just about finding the right massage style and right massage therapist for you.

One of the ways we make prenatal massages really comfortable and cosy - a giant soft pillow to support your hips, knees and ankles, while you're giving it a big cuddle.

The table also inclines, so you can lie comfortably on your back for some of your massage without any worries about lying flat.

If you've got any questions about prenatal massage for yourself or a loved one, I'm very happy to answer them. Just drop me a message!

What better way to spend a cold rainy day, than with a lovely cosy massage?

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of giving massage treatments to two lovely clients on their birthdays, one of whom was the fabulous 🎂
They had both booked something special as a gift to themselves.

If you'd like to gift yourself or someone else a lovely cosy treat for a birthday or special occasion, get in touch 🎈

At Girasol Masoterapia we don't neglect the feet! They work hard for us, so let's show them some appreciation.

All full-body massages include the feet, but if you want to show them some extra love, we have The Happy Sole foot massage, a dedicated foot massage treatment with light cleansing exfoliation. You can have this as a stand-alone treatment or add it on to another treatment. The choice is all yours!

I've given the first massage of the year - a wonderfully soothing 60-minute hot stone massage. The perfect thing on a cold, drizzly, grey Monday morning.

After an odd end to the year, where I was off sick for 3 weeks before travelling for Christmas, I'm back offering you cosy holistic massages.

Get in touch to book your appointment.
