✨Sunday Sanctuary - Reset & Receive✨
We have a new offering this Sunday great for all experience levels and bodies.

We'll begin with calming breathwork, move into restorative postures using comfy bolsters, blocks and blankets, enjoy optional hands-on adjustments, and then be fully immersed in an extended sound journey. We'll close our evening with tea and time to gently integrate the experience before returning to the week ahead.

This is a chance to step away from the constant doing of everyday life and simply receive.

Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate. Message Sue Ellen Osorio to reserve your place.

Tuesday 9:45 am → Yin to Yin Yoga
📍 Zhen Terapies (Ruzafa):
Tuesday 6:00 pm → Vinyasa Yoga
Tuesday 7:30pm → Yin Yoga (September only)
Thursday 6:00 pm → Vinyasa Yoga (September & October only)

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after a break, you’re very welcome. Classes are friendly, all-levels, and a lovely way to connect back to your body and breath.
