In Fire Puja, offerings become part of a sacred ritual of release, gratitude and intention.

Flowers.
Seeds.
Fruits.
Coconuts.
Mantras.
Prayer.
Fire.

And you.

On 11 September, we'll gather around the fire and create space for whatever wants to shift.

On that day, I was fumming, my cup was full and I lost my calm.

For a second I felt like I am not made to be a mother.

I appologised and invited to remember the peace within together.

Idea was born the day before wveryone came to join me for a meet up in Pucol Beach.

I thought I will be alone, but it was not the case.

It was so relaxing and magical that I feel intuitively do it again to meet you in person and you can meet people living near you neber knew about.

Personal Training is what I have been doing all my life.....it will never leave me.
Helping mums to get fit after birth and prep for birth.

I always want my body to stay strong and fit during this lifetime.

Recently I took my TRX out as I discovered I can hook it on the stairs and every morning stretch and strenghten my upper body - reversing hunvhed foreard posture.

Not only for me but my husband too :)

I think we neglect this essential part that is so needes to restore.

Me and Ashley are starting to get these things serious.

On the beach under the moon light, hearty conversations and singing bowls with waves.

Drinking Kombucha and chatting our hearts out.
