Who are we? 💚🦂🐸
Some of you already know us personally and some just know the face of the shala and MMA gym we co-created in , nearly a year ago.
Today in our personal life we celebrate 3 sun cycles since we said ''Si, I promise'' to each other. In our ceremony of love we committed and connected ourselves to each other, through and witnessed by the elements and our incredible friends and family, for this lifetime and beyond ✨
As individuals we have had completely different life experiences to one another and our solo journeys have both been diverse, expansive, unique and full of adventures and love. Albeit in different countries, languages and forms!
However something incredibly special happened when we found each other on the Costa blanca coast of Spain. It felt like those big stepping stones we all navigate (and with or without choice, ultimately have to take), somehow gracefully, perfectly aligned.
As we shared our true selves, the light and dark, the scorpion and frog sides, our souls desires, sankalpas and intentions, it was clear there was a radiating safety and ease at which we could jump on flowingly and fluidly, over those big stepping stones, along the river, together.
Fast forward and from facilitating yoga therapy and plant medicine ceremonies and retreats, creating and running a non-profit homeschooling kids project, to moving to an entirely new part of Spain and welcoming the next generation of wild warriors... Late last year we opened a centre with some of our biggest shared passions at its heart ~ conscious connection ~ primarily through Yoga and MMA. It's been a wild and wonderful year and we are excited for the future of the Shala and Gym!
So anyway, here's to love. To connection and support, be it from your compañero, bestie, parents, kids or whoever else... Life with Love is a gift and I am so grateful we get to share what we love together, with all of you.
