This fall, we’re creating a space to explore safety, confidence and connection to your own body.

Led by Sensei Annu Kiiski, this five-week course introduces practical self-defense techniques alongside tools for staying calm under pressure, building confidence and navigating potentially difficult situations.

A supportive, welcoming and empowering space for women to come together, move through fear and learn through their own experience.

This September marks the fourth cycle of the Healing Arts Program.

By the end, you'll know how to unwind the body and hold space for whatever comes up in a client when it does.

The training runs across six intensive modules, with theory and hands-on work in every one. The core practices: Fascial Unwinding, Fascial Manoeuvres, Internal Organ Release, Polynesian Footwork, Kundalini Yoga, and Meditation.

The training is led personally by Kuldip across every module. Each month blends in-person teaching with virtual study, alongside seven guest teachers, each chosen for a specific area of expertise and a unique approach to the work.

This is for people serious about the work, whether you're coming in with years of bodywork behind you or none at all.

Groups stay small on purpose. It's part of how the training actually works; making it possible to see and support each person.

We have one place left. If you've been thinking about it, see the link in bio for the full details.

As we celebrate six years of Helsinki Healing Arts Center this July (and Kuldip’s 50th year of life!), we’re reflecting on the everything and everyone that have shaped our journey.

We’re so grateful for your trust, your presence, and for being part of this community. It means so much to see so many people finding a place here, a space to return to, connect, and practice together.

It’s been a privilege to welcome inspiring teachers and guests into our studio, and to share our work in new spaces beyond it.

We look forward to many more years of learning, practicing, and growing together!

We hope your summer brings moments of rest, connection, and joy, and we can’t wait to welcome you back in August ❤️

Come try the Somatic Unwinding method at this August — individual tickets to the Bodywork Clinic with the Alumni of the Healing Arts Program now available

Graduates of the Healing Arts Program at Helsinki Healing Arts School emerge as skilled somatic therapists and holistic healing practitioners. Through immersive training in body-based modalities, energy work, and trauma-informed practices, alumni are equipped to guide others on their healing journeys.

They now offer somatic unwinding and support others in reconnecting with their bodies through integrative healing practices.

The art of unwinding through footwork is a one-of-a-kind experience of expansive emotional and physical release. This technique opens blocks in the body are being addressed, creating a place for deep opening and unlocking. The result is release of dormant energy — the body regains its vitality and strength and the mind becomes light, creative and balanced.

Extremely effective in reducing muscle soreness, creating more fluidity and deep grounding.

Sessions available Friday 7.8. at Helsinki Healing Arts Studio

Classes in person and virtually taught by head teacher Kuldip Quinterno & seven guest teachers

"This program was truly life-changing, turning ideas about how the body carries life experience into something I can now actually feel, assess and work with. Kuldip has an extraordinary way of seeing the body and teaching, and with Inma alongside us as assistant teacher and alumna, inspiring guest lecturers and an incredible group, my confidence and intuition grew naturally. This is a wonderful program for anyone drawn to working with the body and their own intuition.”

This therapeutic arch table is often something that draws attention in our studio.

Used both in our individual sessions and as part of the Healing Arts Program, this therapeutic instrument is designed to gently work with gravity, allowing the body to soften, open, and reorganize from within.

It supports lengthening through the spine, encourages fuller and easier breathing, helps release deep tension in the lower back, and increases circulation in the upper spine and neck. Many experience a sense of decompression and spaciousness throughout the whole system. A simple structure with a surprisingly profound effect.

The method and lineage behind this work has been passed down from Kuldip’s mentor Dyal, carrying forward a deeply rooted therapeutic approach that continues to evolve through practice and teaching.
