Are you passionate about beauty and skincare? Do you have experience with Japanese cosmetics? We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team for a special promotional event in Helsinki.
Position Details
Location: Kamppi Shopping Mall, Helsinki
Dates: April 11–12, 2025
Working Hours: 12-18.00
Who We Are Looking For
• Native Finnish speaker , fluent in English
• Knowledge & experience with Japanese cosmetics (understanding ingredients, benefits, and application techniques)
• Previous retail or sales experience in cosmetics, skincare, or related fields is a plus
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented – someone who loves helping people find the best beauty solutions
Responsibilities
• Engage with customers and introduce them to our Japanese cosmetic products
• Provide skincare and haircare recommendations based on customers’ needs
• Assist with product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries
• Support sales transactions and ensure an excellent shopping experience
• Help with event setup, stock organization, and maintaining a tidy booth
