Hello! This is Chi. I’m from Hanoi, Vietnam and originally moved to Finland for a degree in Business Administration. A few career changes later, I found an opportunity to pursue my lifelong dream through KVART. I have always been drawing and painting, but to me, human skin is the most beautiful canvas, with all its perfect imperfections and movements. My inspiration is from classical artists like Rembrandt, Caravaggio, and Rubens. My favorite theme is nature, and human portrait/figure. Let’s create together something wonderful!

Hi, my name is Soohyun, but people call me Soo for short. I’m from South Korea, and I’ve studied painting in Seoul. I moved to Helsinki 5 years ago to extend my art works by doing a master's program. One day, I was shocked to see that a friend got my drawing as a tattoo out of the blue. Because it was the very first time I’ve seen my drawing on someone’s body, instead of on canvas or paper. Since then, I couldn’t forget the strong impression I got at that moment for a long time. For this reason, I decided to take a tattooing course in Korea in early 2021 to figure out if tattooing is my thing or not. As a result, the experience there helped me to start working with confidence as a tattooist. For now, I’m working as a residence artist at Kvart studio. It has always been my dream to work with something related to art. So, I’m excited to continue to develop my drawing skills and artistic ideas through tattooing and thereby making my clients happy.
As for my tattoo style, I am currently interested in black ink tattoos with fine line and shading. Also, I would like to try to make more abstract design tattoos based on people’s memories.
