🌿 Wild Herbs, Finnish Sauna & Nordic Wellness 🌿
A Unique Group Experience in Helsinki

Today we had the pleasure of hosting a wonderful group of Spanish journalists for a wild herb experience just a metro ride away from central Helsinki, in beautiful Karhusaari.

Together we explored Nordic nature, learned about local wild herbs, and handpicked seasonal plants directly from the forest and shoreline.

Back at , guided the group in creating herbal infusions from the herbs they had gathered themselves. The healing aromas and natural properties of the herbs became part of a deeply relaxing sauna ceremony, a uniquely Finnish wellness experience connecting nature, wellbeing, and authentic Finnish traditions.

Looking for a memorable activity for your team, clients, media group, or retreat in Helsinki?

We create private experiences that combine wild herb excursions, herbal workshops, and immersive sauna ceremonies in a truly unique setting.

✨ Book your group experience with us: [email protected] or [email protected]

Special thanks to and .annica for organizing such a beautiful event together with us.

Sauna wellness is a powerful tool for recovery, a real future superpower we all need ✨

Instead of constantly learning how to optimize performance, we should learn how to optimize recovery. That is where sustainable wellbeing, resilience, and long-term performance are built.

Thank you for the invitation to the Women Leaders’ Wellbeing Day by LähiTapiola and Maria Östergård Käld 💛
