We are proud to have been chosen by Jamk University of Applied Sciences to partner in the design of an AI-drive platform.

Across the world, 2.4 billion people live with a health condition that would benefit from rehabilitation, yet 50% don't get the services they need - and Scope Impact has the opportunity to be a part of bridging the service gap.

Looking forward to embarking on this journey in the AIRe- Platform project!

The Lake Region Economic Bloc (LREB) consortium is the latest to join our Kizazi Chetu partnership developing a policy and programme roadmap for the introduction of new technologies for cervical screening, early detection, and timely treatment in Kenya.

Last year, this multi-stakeholder approach brought together public and private sector actors under the Kizazi Chetu banner, saw cervical cancer screenings increase by 102% and shifted the national narrative to emphasize “cervical health”, all of these oriented towards a common goal - to bring an end to cervical cancer deaths in our generation.

The Form Ni Gani Kenya movement’s latest campaign focused on driving demand for reproductive health self-care in Kenya.

We developed a novel 3Cs campaign strategy, leveraging Creative communications, Channel intervention & Collaboration with Reproductive Health Network Kenya (RHNK) to unleash the untapped potential of self-care awareness and adoption.

In six weeks, resulted in:
🔹132% increase in RHNK chat engagements
🔹3,6M Kenyans reached on social media
🔹22,5M eyeballs on traditional & online media

The campaign achieved its goal to advocate for reproductive health self-care, encouraging young Kenyans to take charge of their health and family planning needs.

Lab.our Ward brought maternal health experts, healthcare workers, and pregnant women together with architects, product and service designers to rethink the birth experience in India.

The co-designed innovations to improve quality of care included:

🔹 A newborn bed attached to the postnatal bed, enabling the mother and her newborn to be in continuous contact.
🔹 A wearable pass that communicates care preferences and key information, enabling staff to better respond to individual needs.
🔹 A redesigned bed, enabling women to adjust to different positions to reduce stress and pain, and to rest in a comfortable position while skin-to-skin bonding.
🔹 Colour-coded armbands, allowing nurses to easily identify priority patients in crowded waiting rooms.

to our project supporting the design of a global network for frontline implementers of sexual and reproductive health programmes in humanitarian crises.

Scope worked with the Inter-Agency Working Group on Reproductive Health in Crises to conduct design research to create a vibrant community of practice that caters for implementers and local actors working at the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The network enables members to share learnings, identify common problems, and co-design new interventions with peers and the IAWG community.

Our research identified six key opportunity areas and offered tangible next steps to set up the network and support its ability to respond and adapt to future crises.
