I’m inviting you to join me for a very special weekend in Finnish Lapland.

Think Arctic nature, deep breathwork, embodiment, yoga, sauna, cold water, fire, rituals, beautiful food and hopefully the Northern Lights above us.

This retreat is a space to slow down, get out of your head and back into your body. To release, reconnect and simply be.

The group will be intimate, with only 10–15 places, so there is plenty of space for both deep work and genuine connection.

You don’t need to have any previous experience with yoga or breathwork. Just come as you are.
