Mental health matters. At every stage of life. 💛 World Mental Health Day, 10 October, is a reminder that mental health touches all of us – even though our experiences and needs can be very different.
For some, looking after mental health means getting support through difficult times. For others, it may mean maintaining their wellbeing, strengthening their resources or developing mental skills that help them navigate everyday life.
All of these matter.
At Auntie, we believe that taking care of our mental health isn't only about getting support when things become difficult. It's also about strengthening our resources and mental skills when things are going well – helping us thrive today and navigate tomorrow's challenges.
That's why we've chosen to focus on mental capacity this World Mental Health Day and throughout October.
It's about understanding what gives us energy, what drains it and how we can strengthen the skills and resources that support us through work and life.
Because looking after our mental health isn't a one-time effort. It deserves attention, understanding and the right kind of support at every stage.
