VUOKRALLE TARJOTAAN 28 m2 TYÖHUONE!
Kulttuuriosuuskunta Makasiinin tiloissa Nilsiänkadulla Vallilassa on vapaana 28 m2 valoisa työhuone alkaen 1.12.2021. Huone sijaitsee jaetussa 175 m2 tilassa, jossa työskentelee tällä hetkellä 7 henkilöä. Tilassa iso jaettu keittiö hyvin fasiliteetein, kaksi vessaa, suihku ja viherkasveja.
Huoneen vuokra on 650 €/kk. Vuokraan sisältyy vesi, sähkö, siivous kaksi kertaa kuukaudessa, wifi ja printterin käyttömahdollisuus. Tilassa on tällä hetkellä neljä pöytää ja kolme hyllyä, m***a se voidaan vuokrata kalustettuna tai kalustamattomana.
Koko 175 m2 tilassa työskentelee tällä hetkellä mm. kuvataiteilijoita, tatuoija, runoilija, leikkaaja, äänisuunnittelija, toimittaja ja dokumenttiohjaaja omissa huoneissaan. Tila sopii monenlaiseen tekemiseen ja sitä voidaan jakaa useamman henkilön kesken.

A 28 m2 WORKING SPACE OFFERED FOR RENT!
In our co-operative's working space there is 28 m2 bright room free for rent starting at 1.12. The room is located in a shared 175 m2 space, where currently works 7 people in their own rooms.
The space has large shared kitchen with good facilities, two toilets, a shower and plants.
The room rent is 650 € / month. The rent includes water, electricity, cleaning twice a month, wifi and printer access. In the room there is currently four tables, a few chairs and three shelves, but it can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The whole shared working space accomodates at the moment visual artists, tattoo artist, poet, journalist, sound designer, editor and documentary director in their own rooms.
