Have you been feeling a little sluggish or low on energy lately?
This time of year can sometimes feel like waking up from hibernation.🦦
So my tip is to be aware that this may not be the most energetic time of the year, and that we are all struggling a little.
It’s good to remember to stay gentle with yourself and not push yourself too hard, even if you feel you haven’t gotten all the things done that you wished to get done. When things feel hard, you can take a break, have a tea, take a walk, do a few stretches, watch your favourite series, or just let go for a moment. 🌬
We often underestimate the power of rest. We often have high expectations of ourselves, and that can create all sorts of pressure and tension in the body. When we relax our mind, our body will follow, and when our body is relaxed, our mind will follow.
And that in itself creates flow. 🌀
