Did you know it’s a lot easier to eat healthy while you’re working out regularly. Those two just support each other. 🤝🏽

Whilst I’m still eating quite healthy I’m also eating lot more unhealthy stuff / at restaurants/ sweets that I would in my normal life. Which is okay of course but obviously would make more sense to eat better now that I can’t workout and burn all those extra calories 😅

So if you’re struggling to eat healthy, try starting with some workouts first. If you still can’t get your eating habits to improve, contact me and I’ll be happy to help 🤗 (just cause I’m not eating healthy atm doesn’t mean I don’t know how to 🤪)

Hello 👋🏽

Not working out is soooo hard 🤯🤯😭😭 I don’t know how anyone can go without 🥴

I’m still recovering from overtraining and so exhausted & sleepy all the time 🥱 even a small workout (biking to work etc) is too much and my heart rate is up all the time, even when I sit down 🫠

Hoping to recover soon and come back stronger (and smarter learning from my mistakes) than ever 💪🏽💪🏽

What’s your best tips for recovery? 🥰

Sorry I haven’t been posting my workout tips or much anything lately 🫣

I’ve learned I’m not a superwoman either and if I workout non stop without rest days I will get overtrained 🫠

Now it’s been a month and I haven’t been able to workout at all 😩

Except snowboarding at the Alps but I didn’t count that..

Then again not counting things as a workout is what got me overtrained in the first place 🤣 yoga on rest days.. snowboarding when I was exhausted from the week… biking everywhere and coaching daily 🥵

Oh well, time to learn from mistakes 💪🏽 Don’t forget rest days 🤗
