Sagamed is proud to announce a new global partnership with Thermidas Oy.

Through this collaboration Sagamed introduces the IRT-384 thermal imaging system to our international network. The IRT-384 is an advanced thermal imaging platform designed for professional analysis, diagnostics and monitoring.

Thermal imaging enables rapid, non-invasive detection of temperature variations and physiological changes. This technology supports early identification of potential anomalies and plays an important role in assessing thermal stress and hypothermia.

The partnership strengthens Sagamed’s position in thermal physiology, hypothermia management and field medical innovation, expanding our portfolio with advanced thermal imaging technology for professionals.

Yesterday we participated in the field activity day at Hälvälä. The day brought together discussions around preparedness, marksmanship, principles and the realities of modern operational environments alongside highly capable and dedicated people.

CEO and the person responsible for regulatory and medical oversight, Dr. Mervi Karjalainen, gave a lecture on TCCC and how modern conflicts have changed the importance of prolonged casualty care and field medical readiness.

A highly valuable event with a great atmosphere and strong sense of purpose. Thank you to SisuTac, Uronen Precision, HAUK ry and all participating partners and attendees.

Sagamed Oy will present its upcoming tactical and emergency medical product line at INTERSCHUTZ 2026 in Hannover.

The Finnish company focuses on operational medical solutions designed for demanding environments, with a particular emphasis on management, prolonged casualty care, and field-ready emergency equipment.

One of the key products presented at the exhibition is the SAGA Hypothermia Bag, developed for harsh weather operations and demanding rescue or tactical scenarios.
