GRADE 4 KNEE ARTHRITIS — “I FEEL 95% BETTER.” ❤️
Before treatment, she described walking as heavy.

After treatment, she smiled and shared:

“I feel light.”
“Before, walking was heavy.”
“Now it’s light.”
“I’m walking nicely.”
“95% better.”

From HEAVY to LIGHT — that’s how she personally described the change she felt.

Grade 4 knee osteoarthritis is an advanced condition and often requires ongoing management. Treatment decisions should be based on each patient’s symptoms, function, imaging findings and overall health.

Her words. Her movement. Her experience. ❤️

GRADE 4 KNEE ARTHRITIS — “I’M FEELING ABOUT 90% CHANGE.” ❤️

She came in with severe knee pain, back pain and a noticeable limp. Even getting up from a chair was difficult.

After treatment, she described the change in her own words:

“I feeling 90% change up.”
“No more limping.”
“Now I can sit… and I can stand.”

Then came the moment that made everyone smile.

Her grandson copied the way she used to limp — and she immediately said:

“NO MORE LIMPING!” ❤️

For someone living with Grade 4 knee osteoarthritis, improvement in symptoms is only one part of the journey. Long-term management remains important, including weight management, strengthening, maintaining mobility and reducing unnecessary stress on the knee.

FOR 2 YEARS, SHE COULDN’T WALK PROPERLY.

She had been living with back pain, painful shoulders, difficulty sleeping comfortably — and relying on a crutch for support.

Then came the moment she picked up her crutch and said:

“This is my crutch… No, no, no — I’m not using it.” ❤️

She then proudly showed how she could lift and move both shoulders again.

“There’s a lot of changes in me.”
“Now I feel great.”

Her smile, her movement, and her own words tell the story.

Don’t just sit there — move your feet! 👣

This simple exercise helps your legs in two important ways:

🩸 It supports blood flow from your lower legs back toward your heart.
💪 It helps strengthen the muscles that support your knees.

MOVEMENT 1 — ONE LEG

Lift one leg and keep it raised.

🦶 Toes up
🦶 Toes down
🔁 Repeat several times

Then switch to the other leg.

MOVEMENT 2 — BOTH LEGS

Lift both legs together.

🦶 Toes up
🦶 Toes down
🔁 Repeat slowly

Then lift and hold for 10 seconds if comfortable.

🌬️ Go slowly and keep breathing.

When your calf muscles contract and relax, they help support blood flow from the lower legs back toward the heart.

For this patient with severe Grade 4 knee arthritis, strengthening the leg muscles is also an important part of rehabilitation.

Simple movement.
Important training.

Keep your legs moving.
Keep your muscles working.

Exercise within your own comfortable range. Stop if you experience significant pain or unusual discomfort.

AFTER 8 STROKES, TODAY HER FAMILY HAD A REASON TO CELEBRATE.

In her 80s, she has been through repeated strokes and years of difficulty with movement.

Her family shared that she had been unable to stand upright properly and could not see on her right side.

But today, they watched her stand straighter, walk on her own, and reach out to shake Dr. Pai’s hand.

Overcome with emotion, she kissed Dr. Pai as her family and everyone around her applauded.

Her granddaughter smiled and said:

“We’re going home to celebrate now.” ❤️

A moment her family will never forget.

10 MONTHS IN A WHEELCHAIR… AND TODAY SHE CAME IN RELYING ON A CRUTCH.

For the past ten months, she had been living with limited mobility and relying on a wheelchair.

Today, she managed to make her way to the clinic using a crutch.

After treatment, she shared her experience in her own words:

“I can walk.”
“I can run.”
“No more wheelchair.”
“No more crutch.” ❤️

She also shared that she could move her hands more freely and feel her fingers again.

With a huge smile, she simply said:

“I feel good now.”

And before leaving:

“Thank you so much. God is good.” 🙏

Her movement.
Her story.

“I ALWAYS SAW PEOPLE TALK ABOUT IT… BUT I NEVER BELIEVED.”

For about five years, she had been living with pain and stiffness that affected everyday movement.

Her left arm was so limited that even taking off a T-shirt could be difficult — sometimes she had to ask her grandkids for help.

Today, she proudly lifted her arm and showed how much more freely she could move.

Then came her knees.

Up. Down. Up. Down.

And with a smile, she said:

“I’M OKAY.”
“I FEEL FREE.” ❤️

Then she admitted something many people may relate to:

“I always saw people talk about it… but I never believed.”

Sometimes, seeing is one thing.
Experiencing it yourself is another.

Thank you for trusting Dr. Pai and the VUDA TCM team with your care.

“I HAD A SECOND STROKE TWO MONTHS AGO.”

When he first came to us, speaking clearly was difficult.

Today, he sat in front of the camera and shared his experience in his own words:

“I feel far, far better.” ❤️

As he continued speaking, his smile said just as much as his words.

When we mentioned that his speech sounded more fluent, he smiled and replied:

“Yeah, that’s right.”

After experiencing a second stroke, every clearer word and every step forward can mean so much to a patient and their family.

Thank you for trusting us to be part of your recovery journey.

“I COULDN’T SLEEP FOR 3–4 MONTHS BECAUSE OF THE PAIN.”

Night after night, the pain kept her awake.
By morning, he was exhausted — but still had to get up and go to work.

When he first came to VUDA TCM, he showed us how far he could lift her arm:

“I couldn’t go up.”

Then came the moment that made his smile.
He lifted his arm and proudly said:

“Look — 360!”
“It’s 100% now.” ❤️

And perhaps the most powerful way he described how he felt:

“When I came here, I felt like 100 kg.
Today, I feel like 50 kg.”

His words.
His movement.
His experience.

Sometimes, you can see the difference before you even hear the words. ❤️

Living with knee osteoarthritis, she described her condition as “late stage.”

After treatment, she shared her experience in her own words:

“Now I can walk.”
“I feel free to walk now.”
“About 80–90% better.” ❤️

Her smile says the rest.
