Reiki isn’t about being spiritual. ✨
It’s about coming back to yourself.
In a world where we’re constantly rushing, thinking, doing and carrying so much, sometimes we simply need to pause.
Reiki is an invitation to slow down, breathe, release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your own energy. 🤍
You don’t need to understand how it works.
You don’t need to believe in anything.
You simply need to be open to receiving.
For me, Reiki is more than a practice. It’s a way of bringing more peace, balance and awareness into everyday life.
Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is simply allow yourself to receive. ✨

🌿 I am an Animist.
For me, nature is not something separate from us. She is alive, breathing, communicating and constantly reminding us that we are part of something much greater.
The Earth is our Mother.
The animals are her voices.
Every tree, river, plant and living being has its own presence, its own energy, its own place within the web of life.
To walk as an animist is to listen more deeply, to respect rather than possess, and to give back as much as we receive. 🌎🐾🌿
This is not simply a belief.
It is a way of seeing.
