Dans le cadre de l'ouverture de notre second site de production à Decazeville, nous recherchons notre futur .e Chef.fe Pâtissier-Boulanger pour relever ce nouveau défi à nos côtés dès septembre 2026.

Vos missions principales :

_ Production :
Pilotage de la fabrication de nos gammes de pâtisserie et de boulangerie, en veillant au respect de nos standards de qualité.

_ Organisation : Mise en place et optimisation des flux de production pour le nouveau site

_ Management : seul au démarrage, votre rôle serait de lancer ce site puis recruter, encadrer et formation votre future équipe

_ Innovation : Force de proposition pour le développement de nouvelles recettes et l'évolution de notre offre.

_ Qualité & Hygiène : Garantie du respect strict des normes HACCP et de la sécurité alimentaire.

Profil recherché :

* Expérience confirmée en pâtisserie et boulangerie, idéalement en tant que Chef ou second.
* Maîtrise technique irréprochable et sens aigu du détail.
* Capacité à organiser une équipe et à gérer les priorités dans un environnement de production.
* Sens de l'engagement : vous avez envie de vous investir dans un projet ambitieux et de grandir avec nous.
