Every year on the last Saturday of March (Worldwide Endometriosis Day® ), Worldwide EndoMarch calls to action and unites the world to bring awareness for endometriosis. That day is TODAY.
If you or a loved one suffers from this debilitating condition, here are a few things you can do to ease the pain...
1) Get an abdominal-sacral massage (from someone like myself). Massaging the pelvic muscles can help relax them and reduce inflammation and cramping. I can teach you how to perform self-massage too and how to apply castor oil packs to help break down the excessive tissues associated with endometriosis. It is a remedy that has been used for hundreds of years.
NB Pelvic massages should only be used before the menstrual cycle; it may aggravate symptoms if you use it as a treatment during your period.
2) Consume anti-inflammatory foods such as
tumeric, ginger, chia seeds, bone broth, green leafy veg, blueberries... I can highly recommend Wild Nutritions TurmaForte® Full Spectrum Turmeric

3) AVOID
dairy, alcohol, caffeine, processed foods and refined sugars
4) Drink ginger tea to ease the associated nausea
