👉Most of your suffering isn’t logical.
If it was —
you would’ve figured it out by now.
You’re not broken.
You’re not weak.
You haven’t found the right thing yet.
Because the right thing isn’t in your conscious mind.
Your subconscious holds every single thing
that has ever happened to you.
Every moment. Every feeling. Every micro-event
you don’t even remember having.
A million tiny pieces —
any one of them
could be running the urge right now.
That’s why knowing about your childhood doesn’t stop it.
That’s why the breathing didn’t stop it.
That’s why the journalling didn’t stop it.
It may have nothing to do with what you think it’s about.
When I work with my clients,

When people think food makes them fat

😂
Two women.
Same donut.
Same calories.
Same bite.
One eats it

relaxed
present
enjoying it
Her body processes it
uses it
moves on
The other?
Overthinking
stressed
already guilty
already spiralling
Her body tightens
holds
stores
Same food.
Completely different response.
Because it’s not just the food.
It’s the state of your body
when you eat it.
Stress changes how you metabolise
how you store
how you hold onto fat
So it’s not “food makes you fat”
It’s:
👉 pressure
👉 dysregulation
👉 a body that doesn’t feel safe
And then you keep piling food
on top of that state
and wonder why nothing changes.
But when that shifts

everything shifts.
Imagine eating a donut

and halfway through
