📢 Signature convention de partenariat 📢

La CPTS Ouest Angoumois est fière d’annoncer la signature officielle d’un partenariat avec l’IFEM Endo, Centre Tivoli de Bordeaux (L’Institut Franco-Européen Multidisciplinaire d’Endométriose) 🤝✨

Ce partenariat vise à renforcer la coordination et le parcours des patientes atteintes d’endométriose à travers différents axes:
Formation des professionnels impliqués dans le diagnostic et la prise en charge de l’endométriose
Amélioration de la prise en charge des patientes en créant un parcours coordonné
Organisation d’actions communes de prévention et de sensibilisation
tout en organisant un accès privilégié pour les patientes nécessitant une prise en charge spécialisée, à travers des soins de ville adaptés
Orienter les patientes répondant aux critères d’inclusion à intégrer le programme d’ETP (Education thérapeutique du patient) de l’IFEM Endo à travers divers ateliers qui seront proposés par les professionnels formés du territoire de la CPTS tout en collaborant avec le Centre Clinical de Soyaux

Une belle avancée pour améliorer le parcours des patientes, soutenir les professionnels de santé et proposer une réponse adaptée aux besoins du terrain 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

Vous avez une endométriose diagnostiquée et vous souhaitez prendre rendez-vous?

Deux possibilités:
➡️ contacter le secrétariat médical
➡️ via le site internet, onglet jaune prise de rendez-vous

On vous demandera une IRM pelvienne de moins d’un an et de compléter un questionnaire spécifique concernant vos symptômes.

Le délai? 🤔
Nous revenons vers vous sous 2 à 3 semaines avec une date de consultation avec le professionnel adéquat (gynécologue médical, chirurgien). Ce temps est nécessaire pour prendre connaissance de votre dossier et vous orienter le mieux possible.

A young patient had at 27 ys a large re**al disc excision (5cm diameter!) in 2018.

Than the patient was pregnant and delivered by cesarean section.
Adenomyosis has become symptomatic, and the patient whose a radical management by hysterectomy at the age of 33ys
The surgery was broadcasted in live to Hambourg (Germany) and allows understanding the challenges of a hysterectomy in a patient with past complex surgery for re**al endometriosis
