I was 21 when,one day had big piece of well cooked meat in my plate....And I couldn't touch it.I felt disgusted...At this moment I was completely ignorant whyI this is happening to me...?!What's wrong with me?!I just couldn't eat read meat anymore!It was not because of an idea ,conviction or fashion it was very a basic physical disgust ....
So I started eating ham, chicken...till the moment this was impossible too...I was so happy eating fruits,veggies, milk , cereals ,honney....After one month I was feeling greate.My body was more light and flexible...Later on i discovered that there are ancient vegetarian cultures , like the vedic one, which is still considered as a higher consciousness achievement to keep a vegetarian mode of eating....It's already 28 years as I am still vegetarian.....Not taking meat , fish, seafood or eggs..... I am an artist and i love cooking too.With a friend of mine, Marina, who is a excellent shiatsu therapist , we've both discovered we have the same passion-cooking!.We are enjoying so much to cook, to experiment finding alternative ways, delicate combination of tastes...mixing natural ingredients and colours....so our friends often told us:girls ,why don't you open a restaurant...?!what we did , was starting to organize some workshops"les atelies de cuisine vegane Marina & Miky ",Carine Kors was hosting us at her beautiful house at Riquefort Les Pins and we had such a great time !Such wonderful and joyful experience.... to discover, make and share, with other persons our passion.We love cooking and we agree revail and to share with you our most precious and secret spice.......and.....it's.........: LOVE! ♥️LOVE is the spice of all the spices!You can't buy it!It's given!It's hidden inside you!Find it! And give it your beloved ones, to your close friends,to your neighbours....
