Back from an incredible retreat in the Pyrenees with some of our longer-term LIVE 360 clients.
Staying at the beautiful
These seven incredible women have completely transformed their lives. Between them, they’ve lost over 120kg.
But what struck me most this weekend had nothing to do with the weight they’ve lost.
It was seeing what they now believe they’re capable of.
Over the course of the weekend, they took on a 17km mountain hike, climbed 1,300m of elevation, spent over 12 hours on the mountain, and didn’t get back until after dark.
There were tired legs, sore feet, steep climbs, and plenty of moments where it would have been easy to complain, quit, or doubt themselves.
Yet they handled it with resilience, humour, encouragement, and determination.
Not a single complaint.
Just seven women continuing to put one foot in front of the other.
This is why I always say that successful weight loss is never really about weight loss.
It’s about becoming the kind of person who trusts themselves.
The kind of person who keeps going when things get hard.
The kind of person who stops listening to the voice that says, “I can’t.”
The weight loss is simply a by-product of that transformation.
Watching these women stand on the summit reminded me that most people are capable of far more than they realise.
Sometimes they just need someone to help them see it.
I’m incredibly proud of every single one of them
