Our 3rd stop on our road trip was to San Diego which has a true Mexican influence and feeling being on the boarder! Lots of different foods to try and the city also had a great little Italy for those Pizza slices. We had an Air b n b here with an outdoor patio and to make it extra convenient, the host provided lots of Pilates equipment which I definitely made use of!

1 & 2 - 30 min Full Body Pilates video with the Pilates ring by

3 - bowl of our favourite

4 - 45 min 5th birthday Pilates class by (I added in the band)

5, 6 & 7 - lunch was a slice of Pizza in Little Italy and dinner was delicious

8 - plenty of exercise spent cycling along the coastline from La Jolla

9 - lunch was sandwich’s at the Cheese Shop in La Jolla

10 - Mexican dinner in Old town

11 - wouldn’t be a road trip without going to an American Diner so we headed to

Our first stop on our epic 3 week road trip was LA! sharing highlights of my eats and how I’m staying active for the 3 days here

1 & 2 - Jog from our air B n B down and along Venice Beach

3 - brunch Abbot Kinney

4 - Light lunch & Wine Santa Monica

5 - Dinner (delicious ragu)

6 & 7 - Full body reformer Pilates class Mar Vista

8 & 9 - my absolute favourite granola and a health shot from Venice. We also got a hot bar for dinner of chicken, buffalo cauliflower, asparagus and a burger (ate before I took a photo woops 🙈)

10 - Lunch my absolute dream

11 - Hailey Beiber smoothie (Strawberry Glaze)

12 & 13 - hiking up to the Hollywood sign

14 - when in LA.. lunch at (my every 10 year fast food try)

Overthinking: the art of creating new problems out of ones that never existed in the first place 💭

And with every new problem you create, it sends your mind into over drive elevating your overthinking!

Food for thought today … wouldn’t it be amazing if we could see ourselves through the lens of someone else, the good and the bad with every thought that crosses our mind?

And be able to hear that person who tells us to stop the wondering. You can’t control what you can’t see yet 💭
