108 Sun Salutations yesterday morning 🌞
Our 3rd year doing this, and I’m so grateful for every soul who showed up and made it until the end 🤍
Even after three years, I still feel excited, nervous, and challenged every time. That quiet voice in my head asking, “Can I do it?” while pushing through each chaturanga, feeling my triceps shake and complain, and somehow still moving forward. Adrenaline, effort, a few smiles, and a lot of heart kept me flowing 💪😅
Aleli’s intention setting before we began was beautiful and grounding. And the relief at the end… watching everyone soften during savasana, receiving head and neck massage with the sound bath, was pure release and calm 😌🎶
It all happened in just 150 minutes, but it feels like something we’ll carry with us all year. A meaningful victory and a powerful way to start the year together ✨
