Here we go Moon Friends 🌙💚🌲

Join us this summer under the skies (as much as we can with the great mountain weather) and settle into a beautiful ritual of connection with yourself and this magical space around us.

These moon circles are a place to step away from the rush of life, to listen to your breath move through your body as you gently soften, release and find rest, even when it feels so far away.

We work with different modalities depending on the Circle: yoga, reiki, meditation, sound, natures spell work and fire practice, to allow the energy to move and to allow ourselves to release, manifest or set new intentions and goals. There is always tea and journal time at the end too as we sit in the glory of our special surroundings.

All sessions are available to book via the link in bio- ask moi or for more details if you’re not sure. Spaces are limited to allow the circle space and hold the energy connection.
