A new journal, a clean sheet, a sharp pencil and a cute rubber shaped like a panda.
Iâm in the club of folk who say September feels more like a new year- new start than January ever does. Itâs 100% that back to school feeling that France does particularly well with La RentrĂ©e.
New stationary, new shoes, the gradual change in weather, the chill in the morning after weeks of sweaty days.
The feel of coming home after the holidays- not in a sense of loss of the fun days, but more of a chance to feel settled in ourselves ways.
And thatâs what the Virgo New Moon is all about.
Virgo likes a little order, organisation and a dream with a plan.
Some good lists, a tidy up. Putting some things away or throwing some things out. The quiet organisation of some small (or big if youâre right there) parts of our lives.
What is working in your home life?
What isnât?
What are we carrying simply because weâve always carried it?
What can we let go of, physically and emotionally?
With Uranus now coming retrograde too, thereâs an invitation to look underneath some of those routines and structures. Not necessarily to throw everything up in the air, but to look at our day to day and notice where we might be ready to do things differently.
It doesnât have to be big drama, it can just be having that little tidy up, choosing yourself and what makes you happy or feel safe and secure in your home space and your own body, mind and heart space.
That clean piece of paper doesnât have to rewrite everything you were before, itâs just a chance to make the list a little neater, and maybe less overwhelming.
So maybe this New Moon, donât worry too much about becoming a shiny new, perfectly organised version of yourself, just come home, gather yourself in, tidy the table with the pile of post on it, and have a think about what might come next.
Oh and donât forget to leave room for a little bit of fun and magic too, because you never know đđđČ
