Hypnosis is always self-hypnosis and the therapeutic session is facilitated by someone who understands and respects the principles of ethics. Hypnotherapy offers tailor made techniques suiting each and every individual and can help overcome permanently many different sorts of issues thanks to the new techniques developped in the last century. "Regressions" for example can fundamentally help breaking the patterns deeply printed in us. We can work on a quantic level, on etherical or multi-dimensional plans. Alchemical Hypnotherapy has been developped on the basis of these advanced clinical hypnotherapeutic techniques. Alchemy has traditionally been associated with the transmutation of base metals into gold. The ancient Alchemists made clear in their writings that the substance of their transmutation was the human soul. Their goal was the transmutation of the base metals of human emotions and instincts within the subconscious mind into the gold of self-realization. According to Carl Jung, the first modern alchemist, the vehicles of this transformative process were the archetypes, the Inner Guides. I am now fully trained and experienced with practicing the following techniques:

The Alchemical Pleasure - a monthly circle

What would it take to bring back ease in our masculine and feminine connections, make our lost halos shine and radiate again, and enjoy the fruits of making love divinely and in a sacred way?

Because Fridays are for the matters of the beauty, the senses and the love with Venus, and that it aligns perfectly with Beltane this year, I believe this is the perfect timing to initiate such space.
There is a wisdom in the body that was never lost —only forgotten.

A current that moves through sensation, beauty, connection, and creation…waiting to be felt again.

In the Gnostic tradition, Sophia descends into matter —not as a fall, but as an experience. To feel. To touch. To live. To remember herself through the density of the world.
Pleasure is part of that remembering.

This monthly circle is a space to explore the alchemy of pleasure —not as indulgence, but as intelligence. Not as escape, but as embodiment. Sacred and wise.

We will move through:
- the senses and the body as gateways
- intimacy as presence and resonance
- creation as an extension of pleasure
- the dance of masculine and feminine principles
- the subtle art of allowing life to move through us

This is a space to share, to question, to soften, and to release what limits our capacity to feel, receive, and create.

No performance. No expectations. Only presence, awareness, and the quiet return to what is already alive within you.
Because when pleasure is restored to its rightful place, life reorganises itself around it.

When you no longer see the possibilities, it's because a distracting implant comes to overwhelm you. Thoughts, emotions, feelings are too often what prevent us from creating our life the way we want it.

There is a simple body energy technique to get out of this dead end street, like an Access Bars session for example... Where, quite simply with a simple light touch on specific points on the head, we can reach the polarities which form the basis of considerations, judgments and programs, creating our limitations.

The training lasts only one day and it feels a bit like an intense clearing session, during which we would use the keyboard of a computer by pressing the "CLEAR" key, to free up memory and make more space in our head. But it's also a tool box with energetic and pragmatic tools to navigate life with more ease and joy.

I have been an advanced clinical hypnotherapist working with the Jungian techniques for almost 10 years and I have facilitated hundreds of people since I started practicing. Nothing has proven more effective in shedding old patterns and embracing who we truly are today and this version of ourselves.

This is a moment in the year when we tend to question our willing to Receive... isn't it?

Today is Yule or as we also call it the "Winter Solstice", and in this tradition we initially chose to exchange gifts because it was a dark moment in time, the cold and the thin layers of nature surrounding us in a short embrace, made us long even more to some connectivity. Albert Einstein once said : "Everybody is a Genius. But If You Judge a Fish by Its Ability to Climb a Tree, It Will Live Its Whole Life Believing that It is Stupid."

Eventhough, it's hard to get a proper medical diagnosis, you can easily find tests on the Internet nowdays...

If not triggered by an anxious environment, these behavioral or neurological issues can be seen as such, and depending on the levels experienced, they often come as something we would rather not to have to deal with.

I understood only a few years back how ADHD had affected me, my perceptions and realities, when I saw it in my own child. I understood it had to go with being an "Indigo Adult". Mainly it's had a major impact on my relationships and it was very often to stress upon the wrongness of me instead of recognising how this difference was actually a phenomenal gift that's enabled me to create out of the box and bring on a singularity which could be praised in a creative environment.

Today, being more aware of my capacities and how I function differently from others has been a true gift, because I do spend much less time judging my actions and my way of thinking.

By just doing that and that level of awareness, this has shifted considerably and rapidly my success into this World. It's increased my visibility, because I have stopped hiding. It's increased my perception because I started validating what was true for me. It's expanded my Life because I recognised what my value is and what in my uniqueness, I can gift to the world.
