Things that bring me peace and happiness isn’t material things, approval from others or status……..👇🏻

🌸 It’s Family time and watching them thrive and hit new milestones

🌸 It’s great food (whole foods 90% of the time but enjoying the treats the other 10%)

🌸 It’s knowing I truly have incredible people in my life (friends, clients, my dad, my brothers and sister)

🌸 It’s our Sunday morning cuddle up in bed having a lazy morning watching cartoons with Ross and my kids

🌸 It’s my love for training and being grateful for a strong body

🌸 It’s our gym and the incredible people that it’s brought into our lives - I truly feel like majority of our regulars are like extended family

🌸 Sun rises and sun sets in summer

🌸 It’s being grateful for Ross (might sound cheesy) but honestly he’s the best dad and man I could ask for, my kids are so lucky to have a dad like him that I know will always support and protect them. He’s my best friend, he always supports me and I’m so proud of his efforts in everything he does.

Life can be really overwhelming and anxiety has been a challenge lately, but my dad always reminds me that nothing lasts forever (good and bad) money can always be made and materials can always be attained BUT the magic moments in life, family, having an incredible support network of people who you trust is priceless ❤️

One important lesson my mum always taught me—and I’m so thankful for it—is to take care of and protect my skin. Now that I’m in my 40s, I’m even more focused on it than ever! 😅

I recently had an amazing Laser Genesis facial at Dr. Heather Muir | Aesthetics & Skin aesthetics with the wonderful Smiles | Aesthetics | Skin Science . It’s designed to boost collagen (which we definitely lose as we age) and tackle fine lines and redness. Honestly, my skin felt incredible afterward!

I was so happy with the results that I felt totally comfortable going out without any makeup.
