NEW IN!
Does elegance really need to stand out to be recognized?

With Iris Debonair, Creed imagines the world of an aesthete where every detail seems intentionally chosen: a flawlessly tailored silhouette, carefully selected fabrics, and a confident presence that is never showy. Balancing British rigor and French sensibility, the fragrance paints a picture of an elegance rooted more in attitude than in appearances.

A precise composition, worn like a perfectly tailored piece — not to transform one's look, but to reveal it.

Most people think fig is a fruity note.
The best perfumers know it's much more than that.

Fig is one of perfumery's most versatile materials. It can smell green and crisp through its leaves, creamy through its milky sap, warm through its wood or luminous in the sun. The most compelling compositions don't recreate a fig—they capture the entire tree.

Discover our curated selection of five fragrances that reveal the many facets of fig, from Philosykos to Debaser. The full guide is on noseparis.com or visit us at Nose, 20 rue Bachaumont, Paris.

In the world of perfumery, the essence of a beach is captured through a blend of exotic florals and tropical ingredients.

Salicylates bring that iconic sun-baked, salty-sand vibe, while lush notes like fleur de tiaré, ylang-ylang, and frangipani infuse the fragrance with floral elegance.

To create a watery facet or aquatic notes, perfumers might introduce elements like helional, cyclamen aldehydes, or calone.

Last, since a true “salty” scent doesn’t exist in perfumery, our master perfumer Mark Buxton would add some modern accents like ambermax, amberketal, and amberxtreme for a touch of brilliance.

One sample is never enough.

A perfume only reveals itself with time. It changes on skin, settles, evolves, and sometimes surprises you hours later.
The best way to choose a fragrance is to live with it. A few hours, a few days, a second try—sometimes that’s all it takes to discover the one you’ll want to wear for years.

That’s why Nose lets you explore fragrances through samples before committing to a full-size bottle.

Discover our sample selection on noseparis.com or at our boutique at 20 rue Bachaumont, Paris.

The finest travel-inspired fragrances never recreate a place.
They distill what makes it unforgettable: its light, its atmosphere, its landscapes, and the emotions it leaves behind.

Capri, Marseille, Marfa, the Yucatán and Australia… Five destinations, five different ways of translating travel into scent. From sun-warmed stone and salty air to tropical greenery and the golden glow of sunset, each fragrance reveals a place through sensation rather than imitation.

Explore our latest article on how perfumers turn landscapes into olfactory experiences on noseparis.com.

Émilie Bouge didn't discover perfumery. She grew up in it.

Raised in a Grasse family of perfumers, she learned to think about fragrance long before she began composing it herself. Today, her creations span from Trudon's iconic candles — including Ernesto and the recent Figuerie collection — to fragrances for Creed and Goldfield & Banks, always guided by the same search for balance, structure and emotion.

For Émilie Bouge, every fragrance begins with an idea. Materials are never simply assembled, but carefully orchestrated until each one finds its place.

Experience a selection of her creations at Nose, 20 rue Bachaumont, Paris.

Early Access! Goldfield & Banks' new Eau de Parfum.

A flanker only matters when it genuinely shifts the balance of the original.

With Sunset Hour Dark Peach, Goldfield & Banks takes Sunset Hour into warmer territory. Australian desert peach gains depth through rum and richer woods, transforming the fragrance without losing its luminous signature.

In our exclusive interview, founder Dimitri Weber explains why this new interpretation became more than a darker version of the original.

Discover the full interview and experience Sunset Hour Dark Peach in exclusive preview at noseparis.com or at Nose, 20 rue Bachaumont, Paris 75002.

Can a memory exist before it has even happened?

With Future Memories, Byredo transforms fragrance into a space between what we have experienced and what is yet to come. A scent can evoke a place, a person, an emotion — and become the first trace of a memory that does not exist yet.

On skin, this idea unfolds through contrast: a vibrant green opening of galbanum, blackcurrant and aldehydes gives way to the powdery texture of iris, before revealing a warmer, deeper vanilla wrapped in mineral and musky tones.

The most precious fragrances are the ones that reveal something personal. Discover Byredo's new Eau de Parfum at Nose Paris and on noseparis.com.

Zamak, Bakélite, Aluminium : Would you know which is which?

When choosing a fragrance, we often focus on the scent, the bottle, or the design.
But what about the cap? This small detail plays a major role in the overall experience, influencing how a fragrance feels before it's even sprayed.

Zamak: Heavy- Cool to the touch- Allows intricate, detailed designs
Aluminum: Light - Cool to the touch - Infinitely recyclable - Sleek, contemporary appearance
Bakelite & Resins: Lightweight - Warmer feel - Can mimic marble, tortoiseshell, wood, or stone - Ideal for decorative finishes

How can you tell them apart?

Weight: a zamak cap can weigh several times more than a resin cap of the same size.
Touch: metals feel cool, while resins tend to feel closer to room temperature.
Sound: zamak produces a sharper, more metallic sound, whereas resin sounds softer and more muted.

To the naked eye, the difference isn't always obvious. Modern finishes can make resin look remarkably similar to metal. But once you hold it in your hand, the weight usually tells the story.

Cherry is one of perfumery’s most fascinating illusions.

A cherry accord isn’t extracted from the fruit. It’s composed, then transformed by everything around it.

In Flower Lust, white flowers lift it into something radiant and airy. Carmina softens it with violet while saffron adds depth and structure. Rouge Smoking explores its boozy, kirsch-like facet. To***co Memories Extrait draws it closer to the pit, where almond, iris and to***co reshape the fruit. In Lynch, rum, cinnamon and to***co dry the accord until it takes on an almost leather-like character.

Five fragrances. One accord. Five completely different ways of interpreting cherry.

Discover our curated selection of cherry fragrances at Nose.com or at our boutique at 20 rue Bachaumont, Paris, 75002.
