Whatever you look for, you’ll find.

If you go looking for all the ways you’re not enough, you’ll find them. The small failures that stack up into I’m not smart enough, not pretty enough, not doing enough. Or maybe yours sounds different – I’m too much. I have to make myself smaller.

But here’s what that search costs you: you stop seeing all the places where things are working. The people who love you. The quiet wins. The goodness that’s already inside you, waiting.

We shut ourselves off from receiving in small, subtle ways – brushing away a compliment, refusing to let a friend pick up the check, deciding the world is stacked against us.

The energy you embody is what the world mirrors back to you. When you live from lack, you’ll find more evidence of it. When you return to your true essence – sufficiency, wholeness – you’ll find more of that too.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s a remembering. You haven’t lost yourself. You’ve just forgotten the way back.

One of the gifts of being on retreat is being quietly held in safety, belief, and abundance, where you can do the work to remember who you truly are and what’s possible for you.

Comment RETREAT and I’ll send you the details on what’s coming up.

You remember the moment you noticed it.

Getting up off the floor took more effort than it used to. Reaching overhead felt stiff. Moving your hips a certain way just wasn’t happening. And somewhere in that moment, a quiet worry set in.

This isn’t aging. This is what happens when life gets full and movement falls away.

Your body hasn’t forgotten what it’s capable of. It just needs the invitation back.

Movement literacy is the practice of returning to the movements your body is designed to do. Not grinding, not punishing – just consistent, purposeful motion. And the research is clear: decline isn’t inevitable with aging.

When you start moving with intention, something shifts. Not just in your body, but in how you carry yourself through the day. The stiffness eases. The strength returns. And there’s this quiet confidence that comes with feeling at home in your body again.

That’s the transformation. Physical, yes. But also something you feel in your core.

The Complete Movement Method starts on June 25th. Comment MOVE and I’ll send you the link to join.

You can’t be everything for everyone.

If you try, it’s an exhausting pursuit – and one that ends up serving no one, including you.

Keep showing up with a full heart. Keep doing what you do with real energy behind it, and trust that the right people will find you. Who you are is enough.

I just sent out a mini meditation in my newsletter. If you want to get those practices, sign up from the link in my bio.

You can change your state.

If you’re not where you want to be, start with empathy. Not the kind you offer everyone else – the kind you rarely give yourself.

When you’re ready to let go, you will. That’s not a failure of willpower. That’s how it works.

This is acceptance.

Being with yourself exactly where you are, and trusting that nothing stays forever.

Coming home from retreat is hard.

You’ve had this beautiful experience and now you’re back, staring down everything you pressed pause on before you left. The to-do list is waiting, the momentum isn’t there yet, and the gap between how you felt while away and how you feel right now is disorienting.

I know this pattern. I’ve caught myself fixating on what isn’t done, the projects left hanging, the stride I haven’t found yet.

But that’s an old story, and it doesn’t serve me.

So I’m choosing a different focus — what is working, what is moving forward, where there’s room to land softly.

This is exactly why I created my home practice program — to help you carry what you found on retreat back into your everyday life. So the retreat keeps giving, even while you’re doing the laundry.

Retreat doesn’t have to be just a week. It can be a whole way of living — spacious, easeful, and in flow — without giving up your work or your responsibilities.

Double tap if that sounds like something you want.

You know that feeling of being so far out in the world that you’ve lost the thread back to yourself? The noise of life – the obligations, the doing, the constant output – can drown out everything else.

Six days in the Scottish Highlands just reminded me how little it takes to find your way back.

When you’re held in a beautiful place, surrounded by nature, with the single intention of going inward – something shifts. The outside noise softens. And in that quiet, the voice beneath your thoughts starts to speak.

That’s what retreat offers. Not an escape from your life, but a return to yourself — held in community, moving at your own pace, on your own journey. You give that to yourself. And it changes how you show up for everything else.

If you’ve been feeling the pull toward that kind of stillness, I’d love for you to join me next time.

The energy you’re looking for isn’t somewhere else. It’s trapped inside the story you keep defending.

Most of us spend more energy protecting ourselves from discomfort than we do actually living. The armour is exhausting, even when we can’t feel it anymore.

Here in Scotland, I’m watching it happen in real time. Women arriving tired, carrying weight they’ve been holding. And then, slowly, something shifts. Not because they found something new, but because they stopped bracing.

That’s the work. Not adding more. Getting out of your own way. Facing what’s uncomfortable and letting the energy that was locked up in defense finally move.

What would be available to you if you weren’t working so hard to protect yourself?

Your thoughts are lying to you.

Not all of them, not always – but most of what your mind tells you about who you are and what you’re capable of isn’t based in reality. It’s an old story. And you don’t have to keep believing it.

When you stop running from the hard stuff and start meeting it directly, something shifts. The pain that surfaces isn’t there to break you. It’s there to be released.

Beneath all of it is a well you haven’t reached yet. Energy, clarity, peace – not as distant goals, but as things that already live in you.

This is the work. The willingness to go deeper than the story.

You’re more capable than realize.

Welcome to

Imagine what waking up here for a week would do for your nervous system.

We didn’t stumble into this. Months of intention went into making this moment real – and watching it come to life is something I don’t have words for yet.

What I do know is that my exhale is already longer. My mind is already quieter. Not because this place is paradise, but because I finally stopped waiting.

No one has ever regretted going on retreat. What they regret is waiting too long.

If something in you is saying next time – I want you to take that seriously. Tomorrow isn’t promised.
Start now.
