For its 12th edition, the Perpignan Tattoo Convention will celebrate Polynesian culture.
This year, alongside tattoo artists from all styles, discover a true immersion into the spirit of the islands.
The Hekeani troupe will bring the event to life throughout the weekend with traditional Polynesian dances and performances.
