We are moving back to our home country of Wales (Pembrokeshire coast!) mostly for the girls to pursue their educational choices as they get older ♥️ It's a half farewell as we are keeping our property here and renting our beautiful barn on Airbnb and I am hoping to do some retreats here next summer....watch this space! ☺️

Celebrating two recent client journeys at Serenity ❤️🌿

As part of World Reflexology Week, I wanted to take a moment to share two wonderful recent outcomes that remind me why I love the work I do.

✨ PAIN, NEUROPATHY & SLEEP

After experiencing ongoing knee and leg pain, including nerve-type symptoms such as numbness, tingling and cramping, my client committed to a course of regular reflexology treatments.

After six sessions, she reported substantial improvements in her day-to-day experience — including significantly less pain, reduced night-time discomfort, less numbness, tingling and cramping, and being able to walk up and down the stairs with considerably less pain.

She also found that she was relying less on medication for pain relief and, importantly, was sleeping better.

Better sleep then had a positive knock-on effect on her overall mental wellbeing, leaving her feeling better rested and more positive.

🌸 A FERTILITY JOURNEY

Another client came to me after experiencing significant endometriosis, painful and problematic periods, and difficulties conceiving after two years of trying.

She received regular reflexology treatments over three months and noticed a substantial change in the regularity of her menstrual cycle. She subsequently conceived and continued to have reflexology throughout her pregnancy.

She went on to have a straightforward birth and says that, in her experience, reflexology played an important part in her journey — particularly because of the deeply relaxing effect of the treatments.

These are individual client experiences, and everyone's journey is different. Reflexology isn't a substitute for medical care, but it can be a wonderful way of making space for relaxation, rest and wellbeing.

Just to update everyone....the roadworks through Pressac finally finished a couple of weeks ago so there are no more diversions around the village! Yay! 🙌🙌

Pour information, les travaux routiers à Pressac sont enfin terminés depuis deux semaines ! Il n'y a donc plus de déviations autour du village ! Super ! 🙌🙌
