Should you be worried about the EU's new AI transparency rules?
For most small businesses, probably not.
The EU AI Act isn't trying to stop people using AI, but it is trying to make certain uses of AI more transparent.
So, rather than worrying, I'd encourage you to learn where the rules apply and where they don't.
If you're using AI responsibly and you're willing to be transparent when it matters, you're already heading in the right direction.
