Hi everyone,

So my days of skippering my dads boat are coming to an end as it has been sold and is being taken back to England on 24th April. I have really enjoyed catering and cruising along with you all over these last years.

The weather is getting warmer and so if you fancy a cruise, it's your last chance to book with me.

I offer either catered, or you can bring your own picnic. I do special events, birthdays, anniversaries, also wellbeing packages where you can have treatments such as Reiki and massage on board, or under the trees. A truly special way to relax, slow down and connect with nature, and yourself!

Mes croisières sur le bateau de mon père touchent à leur fin, car il a été vendu et sera ramené en Angleterre le 24 avril. J'ai vraiment adoré partager ces moments avec vous tous ces derniers temps, que ce soit pour des repas à bord ou des croisières.

Le beau temps arrive, alors si l'envie vous prend d'une croisière, c'est votre dernière chance de réserver.

Je propose des formules avec repas à bord, ou vous pouvez apporter votre propre pique-nique. J'organise des événements spéciaux, des anniversaires, des fêtes, ainsi que des forfaits bien-être incluant des soins comme le Reiki et des massages à bord ou à l'ombre des arbres. Une expérience unique pour se détendre, ralentir le rythme et se reconnecter à la nature et à soi-même !

My sunny day in Graissessac. Some much needed alone time to reset. Reconnect with nature. Not distract myself (too much! 😆) It was so nice going to sleep with the sound of the river flowing outside. No demands. No expectations. Just time for myself to be.

I took myself off this weekend, on a little solo retreat to the tiny peaceful hamlet in Graissessac for some alone time and healing.

I thought about just posting the first image. What with me working in the field of wellbeing n'all, and eating peanut butter out of the jar with a spoon is not that healthy.... Or classy! But then after a conversation with a lovely friend, who told me about her day of self care going out of the window when it finished with a greasy take away.....I thought no.

I felt that this was the perfect end to a day of self care for my friend. A treat! The only thing that affected her internal state was that she felt guilty about it. For me life needs to be a balance. Everything in moderation. I'm not one to be all pure and militant about what's good or bad, right or wrong. Life should be joyful and fun, and while I know I need to take care of how I treat my body, I also know this is definitely the best peanut butter I have ever tasted!

The spacious warm ambience of this gîte in Le Somail is perfect for your events. I hold my own wellbeing events here including weekly stretching classes and my monthly coven🧙🏼‍♀️😁❤️.
