I purchase grade A or good grade B stones from established suppliers with only 100% positive feedback so you are guaranteed only the very best quality beads. Like all jewellery, even though can be worn every day, it is advisable to keep away from perfume, soaps and detergents. The shamballa cords are highly flammable (keep in mind if cooking on gas hobs or exposed to any naked flames like candles). Shamballa adjustable bracelets are: 6.5/7 inch (ladies size) or 7.5/8 inch (men's size). Should you prefer a better fitting bracelet, please inbox me measurements of wrist size with the order. I only accept PayPal payments. Payment for all orders must be cleared before the item is shipped. If the payment is not cleared in 3 days the order will not be processed. As each piece is individually made by myself (I dont hold a stock as such as I just follow my creative instincts) it might take up to 3/5 days to dispatch orders depending on how many orders I am dealing with at that time. All packages are sent First Class (£3.50) within the UK due to the value of the content. Please ask for a quotation for international shipping. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me and I will do whatever I can to solve the issue. Refunds and exchanges are considered on an individual basis. The jewellery must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn and in the original packaging. I will not refund the shipping cost and the customer will need to pay return shipping charges. Returns must be made within 5 days of the receiving. For returned orders, the refund will be made after receiving the item in the original condition as mentioned above. Custom made orders are NOT subject to refunds or exchanges. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with the order, please contact me and I will do anything to resolve the issue.
