One of the biggest myths in gut health is that more fibre automatically equals a healthier gut.

For some people, that’s true.

For others, especially those with severe bloating, SIBO, dysbiosis or certain digestive issues, fibre can actually make symptoms significantly worse.

If every time you eat fibre you end up bloated, uncomfortable, and looking six months pregnant, your gut might be trying to tell you something 👀

The key isn’t blindly adding more fibre.

It’s understanding why your gut is reacting in the first place.

If you’re not sure what’s driving your digestive symptoms, comment QUIZ below and I’ll send you my free Gut Health Quiz 🤍

Nobody warned me that the third trimester would turn me into a bottomless pit 😭

One minute I’m full.

The next I’m standing in the kitchen wondering what else I can eat.

As someone who’s spent years talking about nutrition, it’s actually been fascinating to experience how dramatically appetite can change during pregnancy.

I mean… growing a human is hungry work apparently 😂

Any other third-trimester mums feel like they’re constantly thinking about their next meal?

PS. A little reminder that I’ll be closing bookings for consultations, blood test interpretation, and health strategy sessions on 20th July before I go on maternity leave 🤍

If you’ve been thinking about working with me, you can find all the details via the link in my bio.

👟 Please tell me:

1️⃣ Did your feet go back to their original size after birth?

2️⃣ If they did, how long did it take?

3️⃣ Or am I now the proud owner of an entirely new shoe collection? 🥲

Asking for myself and my bank account :))

A little organic shop haul 🍅🥚✨

Do you think this is worth €100?

PS. The tzatziki was absolutely terrible. Every time I buy ready-made food, I remember why I never buy ready-made food 😂 Lesson learned. AGAIN.

Things I would never do as a nutritionist (Part 1) ⬇️

One thing working in health has taught me is that most people aren’t lacking information.

They’re lacking clarity.

There has never been more health advice available than there is today.

Yet people are more confused than ever.

One expert says cut carbs.

Another says eat more carbs.

One says fast.

Another says fasting is bad.

One says take 15 supplements.

Another says throw them all in the bin.

At some point, you have to stop asking:

“What is everyone else doing?”

and start asking:

“What does MY body need?” 🕵️

Because good health isn’t about following trends.

It’s about understanding your body well enough to make informed decisions.

If you’d like information on my blood analysis consultations & services , comment LINK or check my link in bio 🤍

PS! Will be closing all my services by the end of the summer for mat leave 🚨

The most expensive mistake I see people make with their health…

is guessing.

Guessing which supplements to take.

Guessing which diet is right for them.

Guessing which influencer to listen to.

Guessing why they feel tired, bloated, anxious, inflamed, or just not quite themselves.

And honestly? I’ve done it too.

The problem is that symptoms can have dozens of different causes.

Two people can both have fatigue and need completely different solutions.

Two people can both have bloating and have completely different root causes.

Which is why copying somebody else’s protocol rarely works.

Health gets a lot easier when you stop asking:

“What worked for them?”

and start asking:

“What’s actually going on in my body?”

That’s why I’m such a big believer in blood work and proper investigations.

Not because blood tests tell us everything.

But because they give us clues.

And clues are a lot more useful than guessing.

If you’re tired of throwing supplements at symptoms and hoping for the best, I still have a limited number of blood analysis consultations available before I go on maternity leave 🤍
