BEACH DAY 🏖️🐚🌊⛱️

Spent the day at Southendown and it was so good!

My Slimming World cooler bag kept out drinks cold, Jamie was very impressed!! I used the ice packs from the Slimming world kitchen!

Had an ice lolly which is 3 swips and was lovely!

No food yet so can't wait to get home 🤣

Groups are tomorrow at 9am and 10:30am at the Cynon Linc

Then in Abercynon Community Centre at 5:30pm

A few awards this week!

Audra getting her 3 and half stone award and hitting target!!!!

Karen got her club 10 award which means she's lost 10% of her body weight since joining!!!

Jo smashed her 1 and half stone award too!!

Super proud of everything today! Some amazing results and commitment from you all!!

My next groups are

What a morning! My bus didn't turn up so I had to rush to the train station. Over 3500 steps done so far, lucky it was cooler!

BREAKFAST - Jasons wholemeal sourdough (1 fibre choice and swips) cheese (1 calcium choice) and ham.

I read that having breakfast full of protein helps ADHD symptoms so I'm going to try and have something every morning.
