A huge congratulations to our amazing Becky, who has now lost an incredible 6½ stone! 🎉💖

As if that wasn’t amazing enough, Becky came back from her holiday having lost weight and proudly picked up the well-deserved award! 🌴⚖️ It just goes to show that you can enjoy life, make memories, and still stay on track.

This week is extra special as Becky also celebrates her 40th birthday! 🥳🎂 What an incredible way to start a new decade—feeling healthier, happier, and full of confidence.

Becky is our batch cooking and meal prep queen 👑🍲. She proves that a little planning goes a long way, even with a busy life. As a hardworking mam , she’s shown that looking after yourself doesn’t mean putting everyone else second—it means making yourself a priority too.

Becky, you are such an inspiration to everyone in group. Your dedication, consistency, and positive attitude are paying off, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything you’ve achieved.
