This is something we hear surprisingly often at TP Hearing.

A little update from TP Hearing 💙

We’d like to apologise to our patients for the reduced opening hours and additional clinic closures you may have noticed over the last few weeks.

Unfortunately, a combination of unexpected medical circumstances affecting me personally as your audiologist, alongside some pre-planned annual leave during the children’s school holidays, has meant that the clinic hasn’t been able to operate its usual hours.

As a small, independent clinic, there are occasions when circumstances like these can have a bigger impact on our opening hours than we would like. However, we want to reassure both our existing patients and anyone considering visiting TP Hearing for the first time that this level of disruption is very unusual. It hasn’t happened before, and we certainly don’t anticipate it becoming a regular occurrence.

We’re incredibly grateful for the patience, understanding and kindness that so many of you have shown. 💙

TP Hearing remains very much here for you, and we’re looking forward to getting back to our usual routine and continuing to provide the personal, professional hearing care our patients know and trust.
