Lovely first group in Hirwaun YMCA this morning… typical me forgot to take the raffle so I had to improvise with stock from HiFi bars and recipe books 🙄

Woohoo … 38lb gone forever this morning in Georgetown, Merthyr…. Paul got his 1/2 stone award in his first week 🙌🌟🎉

And Sam was one of our slimmers of the week. Lynda was the other slimmer of the week but disappeared before I grabbed a photo 😂
