Morgan’s made incredible progress in her journey so far and since she’s jumped on board through my coaching she’s dropped a further almost 4kg sustainably. Before she jumped on the team she struggled to stick to a plan long-term, had no idea how to be intentional in her nutrition and just wanted to be lifting weights in the gym confidently. However, the overall aim was to lose-weight and start to tone-up.
With a busy family life, dog and being self-employed it’s not been easy to keep up with her tasks, daily to-dos and sessions but Morgan is a prime example of if you put in the hard work and patience then you will see the results.
With the knowledge and education, tailored programming and guidance along the way she’s been able to make continued progress in her physique and fitness journey.
