another busy one today , chilled vibes always on the cards at and did you know you can hire the yurt by the hour and the sauna , make your own event or come for one of ours or one of the other lovely facilitators we work with , add on guided sessions , meditation , hammocks , headsets for silent disco , forest bathing ( sylvotherapy ) , yoga nidra , soundbath's with we also offer just the sauna / cold plunge / shower / firepit £40 per hour up to 4 or £75 up to 7 just for your sole use pop onto the website

a little late but here is our september newsletter see what's on , we have lots of lovely autumnal events , come join us , saturday resets , tuesdays yoga nidra , monday club , full moons , it's all happening , we will be winding down for the season at sandend so that means the big sauna will be going to calmspace wooohooooo , and the other barrel ??? well you'll need to wait and see 🔥🌲🤣

saturday started at fittie , wee treats from the fittie bakery , seagull having a drink fae the dog bowl such clever birds , good to see some regular faces and some new ones, coffee supplies fae cairn , then off to rescue a mouse , then sandend holidays where we have one of our 3 saunas situated , then on my way home went ant sat at a sit soot in the forest watching moorhens and geese ( apples too ) hike watching the sunset happy saturday 🔥🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🌿🛖🌲🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🔥

self care starts with you , you got to want it , need it , feel it , today we were at fittie🔥sauna then sandend 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and inbetween rescuing mouse man and picking apples after work

we are ready fittie 9-10 saturday swim club SATURDAY SAUNA CLUB then private session 10-11 then public session 11-12 then i'm off to sandend for a private hire 3-5pm busy saturday but still spaces at fittie 11-12 then back at it monday 8-12
