Activities for Adults with Additional Support Needs 🌟

Looking for fun, inclusive activities in Aberdeen? 💜

Inchgarth Community Centre offers a range of clubs and classes designed for adults with additional support needs, providing opportunities to socialise, stay active, build confidence, and make new friends.

Please note: Anyone who requires a support worker must be accompanied by one at all times.

💃 Chance to Dance

📅 Every Wednesday
⏰ 1:00pm – 3:00pm

A fun and friendly dance exercise class where you can:
✨ Meet new people
✨ Enjoy music and movement
✨ Improve mobility and independence
✨ Support your physical and mental wellbeing

Led by the wonderful team at Create Aberdeen, this class costs £5 per session, with bookings made through the Inchgarth office in approximately 10-week blocks.

🎉 The Phoenix Club

📅 Mondays: 7:00pm – 9:00pm
📅 Thursdays: 1:00pm – 3:00pm

A welcoming social club for adults with additional support needs, featuring:
🎲 Board games
🎨 Arts & crafts
☕ Free tea and coffee
🎭 Weekly special activities

Recent activities have included therapets, themed food nights, magicians, local singers, and Inclusive Bikes from Sport Aberdeen.

💜 Inchgarth membership: £10 per year
💜 Club entry: £2 per session
