I have functioned with hypermobility all my life. One is naturally good at some things, especially sports involving flexibility

But, I always credit my 4+ decades of gym work/resistance training, as the key factor which allows me to keep doing my manual job ...

Ferryhill Road finally opened this evening - after 16 months of closure ... so you can now drive past Ferryhill Church & all the way down to Crown Street

Originally closed early May 2025 & scheduled to reopen end September 2025! But, it ran 11 months over schedule ...

(But don't expect too much ... Milburn Street still closed - with a big crater)
